Hello, I'm Prasad Rao.
I'm a Principal Solutions Architect at AWS with extensive experience of mentoring professionals for big tech interviews. Having conducted hundreds of interviews, I understand exactly what interviewers are looking for.
I help candidates effectively communicate their technical expertise and leadership experience. I am a co-founder of BeSA (Become a Solutions Architect), a free mentoring initiative that helps people excel in their cloud careers by upskilling them in both technical and behavioral skills.
I am also a co-author of the book 'Cloud Career Journeys' that shares the life journeys of 16 individuals from diverse backgrounds who have been successful in their cloud careers.
